It required important updates in order to meet evolving user needs and improve the application’s overall functionality. BLDG25 reimagined this system in accord with key insights from both field users and internal administrators.

Problem


Xylem’s system for managing stationary and mobile water pumps was outdated. To keep up with the complexity of their clients’ needs and deliver on enhanced functionality, the FST system needed to be overhauled.

Solution


BLDG25 envisioned a completely new remote management solution, delivering capabilities to field users for the first time, while also restructuring the administrator experience with a focus on key transactions of value.

BLDG25 delivered a mobile-first end-to-end redesign of the application that supported not only field users, but internal administrators for the first time. We shortened many user tasks to increase system efficiency and enhance remote operations through the tool.
